Marina Petzel
Marina Petzel is a Machine Learning Engineer at Autodesk, where she works on developing customer facing ML features. She is a leader of AI4 Productivity initiative, leading efforts to integrate LLMs, copilots, and automation tools across engineering teams. Her work spans scalable ML systems for AutoCAD — Autodesk’s flagship design and drafting tool — including multimodal chatbots, graph-based computer vision, and active-learning data pipelines. Beyond technical delivery, Marina champions AI adoption through developer training, prompt engineering frameworks, and culture-building around responsible AI use.
